SOLD – 12g sidelock ejector, sidelever by Stephen Grant & Sons – 28″ x 2 3/4″ replacement barrels

SOLD – This lovely old Grant sidelever was built around 1900 and is fitted with 28″ x 2 3/4″ replacement barrels by Playfair & Co of Aberdeen.  Engraving on the action and locks is Grant’s finest scroll, and the balls of the action have fluted fences.  Retaining a small amount of original hardening colour, this gun has recently passed a 2 3/4″ Nitro test.  Remaining untouched, the original coil spring ejector systems continues to function beautifully and the gun retains its original, well-figured, one-piece stock measuring 13 7/8″.  Having undergone a full mechanical overhaul, this Grant sidelever is now in excellent working condition and is ready for use.
