12g A&D ejector by Charles Ingram - 28" x 2 3/4" barrels
This Ingram boxlock ejector was built circa 1900 and has 28″ x 2 3/4″ re-proved barrels with a third locking grip. The top rib reads, “Chas Ingram, 18b Renfield Street, Glasgow” and engraving style on the action and locks is fine scroll with acanthus borders. The gun has a Deeley Box ejector system, a rocker safe and a full spindle lever system, and the highly figured 14 1/4″ stock is fitted with panels and drop points. Although the stock is currently cast for a left-handed shooter, it was originally built as a right-handed gun and I will re-cast the stock to its original position if required, at no extra cost. With the chokes reduced, this gun is suitable for firing standard steel cartridges.
