SOLD – 12g sidelock ejector by Williams & Powell – 28 x 2 3/4″ barrels

SOLD – This beautiful gun by Williams & Powell has new barrels fitted by Cogswell & Harrison and has been re-proved to 2 3/4”, with a sunken game rib and a third locking grip.  Engraving style on the action and locks is fine scroll, showing vignettes of game scene. A nye of pheasants appears on the right lock, whilst on the left, a lekking of blackcock and the balls of the action are chiselled with ribanded fences. The 14 5/8″ straight-hand stock has a buffalo horn extension piece, a vacant gold escutcheon plate, and the gun has an Anson fore-end with Deeley ejectors.  Presented in a leather-cornered, leather Brady case with a trade label.  This gun will be capable of firing standard steel cartridges without alteration.

NB: All guns exported to the USA will incur an import tax of 10%

Disclaimer: To be clear, this gun is suitable for firing standard steel cartridges but is not proven for steel.
