8g Hammer Gun by Stephen Grant – 34 1/4 x 3 1/4″ Barrels

£7,950.00

This Stephen Grant 8g was delivered in 1881. The action and locks are border engraved, there is a bloom of colour left on the gun and the 34 1/4″ barrels are particularly fine Damascus and in excellent condition with only a few minor pit marks.  It’s fitted with rebounding back action locks and unusually an Anson push button fore-end. The 14 1/8″ stock has better figuring that most normal wild fowling guns, so all in all, it really is built to a very high standard. The gun is in good original condition.

Please see below for bore measurements.
